Effective Date: 01-Jan-2026 Last Updated: 19-Jun-2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hextra platform, including our Income Coach Agent, Digital Identity (DI) tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Hextra provides an AI-driven Income Coach Agent designed to assist individuals in transitioning into micro-entrepreneurship. The Service facilitates a structured “User Journey,” including data collection for a User Context File, income idea generation, niche refinement, and the delivery of business action plans and marketing tools.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- Purpose: The Service is intended for individuals seeking to build micro-businesses and diversified income streams.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the proprietary intake process. The quality of the coaching and action plans depends on the accuracy of the data in your User Context File.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. The Hextra User Journey & Outcomes
- Guidance, Not Guarantee: Hextra provides tools, suggestions, and action plans based on your background, assets, and skills. While we aim to help you become a successful micro-entrepreneur, we do not guarantee specific financial results, income levels, or business success.
- Professional Responsibility: The “Action Plan” provided by Hextra includes suggestions for pricing, marketing, and legal considerations. You acknowledge that these are recommendations and that you are responsible for ensuring your business activities comply with local laws and regulations.
4. Digital Identity (DI) and User Content
- DI Tool: Our Digital Identity tool allows you to create a public-facing digital footprint to market your services. By using this tool, you grant Hextra the right to use your provided data to generate these marketing materials.
- Public Exposure: You understand that information designated for your Digital Identity will be viewable by potential clients and the general public. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.
- Ownership: You retain ownership of the personal experience and assets you bring to the platform, but Hextra retains all rights to the proprietary algorithms, AI models, and software used to generate coaching outputs.
5. Proper Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate or promote illegal services or activities.
- Provide false or misleading professional information in your Digital Identity.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the Hextra Income Coach Agent or proprietary intake process.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
6. Cookies and Session
The Service uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies solely to sign you in and keep your session secure. These cookies (hx_access, hx_session, and hx_csrf) hold your authenticated session and a security token that protects against cross-site request forgery. They are essential for the Service to function — you cannot sign in to or use your account without them — and, being strictly necessary, they do not require separate consent. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies for authentication. The Service may also keep limited data in your browser (such as your language preference) to operate correctly. By using the Service you acknowledge the use of these strictly necessary cookies. You can remove them at any time by signing out or clearing your browser data, which ends your session.
7. Intellectual Property
The Hextra name, logo, the Income Coach Agent, and all proprietary software and coaching methodologies are the intellectual property of Hextra. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the resulting Action Plans for their own personal business development.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hextra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- The performance of any micro-business or service you launch based on Hextra’s suggestions.
- Any interactions between you and third-party clients found through the Digital Identity tool.
- No Professional Advice: Hextra is an AI-driven coaching tool and does not provide certified legal, financial, or tax advice.
9. Third-Party Partners
If you are using Hextra through a workforce center or a corporate transition program (our “Partners”), you acknowledge that Hextra may share high-level progress data with that Partner to facilitate your transition program, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform’s integrity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
Hextra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
